You’ll find everything you need to order custom marketing materials and signage, including detailed information about our paper stocks, file setup instructions, and useful tips to walk you through the order process. We’ve also put together this overview of our ordering process to help new and returning customers navigate our website and place orders accurately and efficiently.

Step 1 - The Quote

To ensure that each customers’ project is exactly what they need, we do a quick custom quote to get the ball rolling. We work with every customer one on one to certify that they are getting the best product/paper/finish combination that suits their specific need.

Step 2 - Choose Your Design Method

We offer 2 convenient ways to order the print products you need. You can upload/email your own print-ready files, or work with our talented in-house designers on a completely custom design.

If you are emailing your print-ready files, we suggest requesting a template for your specific print project. Each of our templates is clearly marked with the safety, trim, and bleed lines to help you determine the best placement for your text, images, and other design elements.

Step 3 – Proof to Print

Once the design has been created/submitted, a final proof with be sent for a final verification. This ensures spelling, grammar, graphics, etc., are up to the customers standards before sending to print.

Step 4 – Production Time

Production time is product specific. If you have a time crunch for a print project, please verify that our production plus ship time with your representative.

Step 5 – Ship!

Once your project is complete, we will send an email verification to you with UPS tracking.
